BIOPLANT Naturverfahren GmbH (Ltd) is a leading manufacturer of homeopathic plant strengthening tonics. It was founded in 1982 based at Lake Constance, Germany. The homeopathic active agent BIPLANTOL® was developed for remediation of endangered forests during the discussions of forest dieback in the seventies and eighties. Konrad Würthle, the developer of BIPLANTOL® and founder of BIOPLANT GmbH, developed a homeopathic active agent for plants, based on the biochemical cell salts according to Dr. Schüssler and his experience in human naturopathy. Rolf Würthle, the son of Konrad Würthle successfully heads the family business since the year 2000, which has by now become a medium-sized enterprise. BIPLANTOL® plays a leading role especially in the sector of ornamental plants. At present more than 600 million ornamental plants are successfully produced annually in Germany with the help of the BIPLANTOL® products. The BIOPLANT Naturverfahren GmbH is developing specially designed homeopathic remedies for ornamental plant and vegetable production to enhance growth and plant health. Currently we are working on active substances for cold resistance of plants for professional cultivation.
